This is a glass cabinet/key holder we brought from a cute antique shop in the country. It was such a bargain. It is so functional, such a cute piece and gets a lot of attention. Antique and second hand shops are so good for picking up little bargains
We brought these from a second hand shop. I think they look really good in pairs or small clusters where they are different sizes and colors. I like the bright blue against the rusted lantern, and that they’re both on a white washed bookcase behind a white wall. You find little gems like these at vintage or second hand shops. We will be putting these in my sons pirate/nautical themed nursery once it’s all decorated!
A twist on a glass cake dome, the books are from my parents book collection and the camera was brought in an antique stall in a market place. The glass domes are such a cool way to display a feature item or treasure in your home. It’s quick, effortless and makes a statement (well that’s what I think!)
This isn’t my room, but I just love the look of a cowhide on polished floors. It’s such a simple, classic look. I have a cowhide which ill be posting hopefully in the next month when it comes out of storage and our renovations are done!
